On February 4th, 2015 we had your Technician John come out to refinish our kitchen sink.  I wanted you to know what exception service we experienced.  It is hard to outshine a product such as Miracle Method but John did.  

We have a large cast iron sink that sits atop granite.  Replacing the sink was not an option unless we tore out all the stone.  It is also in an evident spot as it is positioned in an open floor plan making it visible from three different rooms.  I was apprehensive about restoring it  but had read about Miracle Method and thought we would give it a shot.  

John was professional, friendly and an excellent representative for Miracle Method as his concerns were for us to be satisfied customers.  He made sure that we were happy with the application, color and end product.  

John had diligently prepared the surface for the colored bond application.  My request was for him to match the stone that surrounded the sink so that it appeared to be a seamless color This was a very difficult task as he tried to match the multiple color variations in the stone.  I admit that I was rather particular over an exact match.  

I am unsure if he had an interior design or a chemistry background, or a degree in diplomacy, but   he made sure that the color was spot on.  

Your technician never complained in fact was grateful to his employer even though his back to back scheduling had him returning to our home at 8:00 p.m. and departing at 9:30.  I was dumbfounded that such a hard working individual wasn't self employed. What a rare commodity it is to find an employee that cares as much as the owner.  How very lucky are you to have him in your employ, How lucky are any recipients that benefits from his work.  I know that we feel to fortunate to have had a perfect product as a result of a master craftsman.  

In the end he saved us from tearing out an old discontinued size sink that was irreplaceable .  John made it beautiful and rescued us from a deep pocket granite counter replacement.  The sink looks better than I had ever imagined.  He even sparkled up the faucets and removed the manufacturers label then re-affixed it.

Hello, on 12/01/2014 Miracle Method came to my home to repair a chipped/scratched porcelain sink. The fellows were professional and polite. They took the time to clean up after the job. Owen arrived at the scheduled time. He is friendly and personable and willingly answered all my questions. Besides the standard prep and refinishing, we had a quarter size chip on the outside of the tub that he was able to smooth over at no extre charge. We were very pleased with result. The tub looks brand new. The smell was strong for only a couple of days afterwards. We considered a tub liner but are happy we choose to do the refinishing instead. WE were able to keep the look and feel of a cast iron tub which we much perfer to the typical acrylic we would have had with a tub liner. After a few days there was some cracking in the finish around the drain. A call to the main office and Owen was able to come out that same day and redo that area. It's now been a few weeks and everything is still looking great. The 5 year guarantee for those kind of problems was an important factor in our decision to have this done. We appreciate the Miracle Method product and Allen's work in our home. I recently had a major surgery and I am still in the midist of a difficult recovery for that surgery. Allen was very thoughtful in keeping the noise level down to a reasonable level while he was here and he kept his equipment confined in manageable area during the day. May family and I also appreciate his efforts to leave equipment overnight in places that did not cause problems for our family while he refinished our tub and sink. That now look better than before. We are very pleased with how our counters turned out!  Leonard, the technician from Miracle Method, was professional and did a wonderful job; everything was covered/taped and the kitchen looked great after he was done.

Miracle Method is great
I have a 1950s original bathroom that needed updated, but I didn't want to gut it and go through all that mess.  Miracle Method was the perfect solution.  I did the tub and sink white and the tub tile surround and counter in the Durango stone finish - it turned out beautiful.  My sink and counter are flush, so it presented a challenge, but they did a nice job on it. It is a smelly process so be prepared to have plenty of ventilation. Of course time will tell how well it holds up, but my mom had her tub done several years ago and it held up really well. I was very comfortable having the technicians in my home and felt they were very well trained.

Really pleased.
Miracle method of Portland refinished our bathtub in April 2011. They did a great job. The technician removed all of the old finishes (it had been refinished before), and took great care to make sure we had a perfect outcome. This cost us a lot less than buying a new tub, and we got to keep our great old 1941 cast iron tub - now it looks clean and bright! I recommend Miracle Method of Portland without any hesitation.

We are delighted with the quality of work done by "Henry" of Miracle Method of Portland, who refinished our MBR fiberglass shower.  We also ordered new clear glass shower doors that they will install.  The shower looks better than new.  We very highly recommend this fine company and "Henry" who does their work in the Salem, Oregon area.

Jim did a great job refinishing our original 1926 tub and wall tile. He explained the steps in the process and was careful to cover the bathroom floor and fixtures while working. Everything looks bright and shiny now. We are very pleased with the result.
