Brent showed up on time to give me an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products & services offered and schedules a time for the refinishing. On the scheduled day & time, Blake showed up and began the several operation keeping me informed of the progress as he progressed. It was a 2 day affair that was done professionally with minimal disruption and I couldn't be happier. I basically have a new tub.

Description of work: I had a bath tub that was rusted out around the overflow plate and in general need of repair. My options were to replace the tub, have a liner installed or have the surface refinished. The least expensive by far was to have the the rusted area repaired and the tub refinished.

The results are beyond excellent
I could not be more pleased. Blake, the technician, arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and performed his work in a most professional manner. The results are beyond excellent. In fact, we're having them refinish a second shower next week. I researched bath refinishing companies extensively and spoke with the owners before making a decision. Miracle Method is the only company that does not use an acid etching procedure to enable bonding of the final finish to the tile. Instead, they use a proprietary chemical bonding agent. I am convinced this yields a better, longer lasting finish, plus it doesn't endanger the technicians health. Brent, the owner, is a pleasure to work with.

I liked that they had a showroom that you could go to and see their work
We were very pleased with the job. I compared estimates and refinishing technique with 4 companies and this was the only company that gave a 5 year warranty on their work provided that you care for the tub properly of course. I liked that they had a showroom that you could go to and see their work. The husband and wife owners were very knowledgeable and returned phone calls promptly . I had a concern that it would be difficult to cover the markings on the bottom of the tub that were left there from those old sticky designs people used to put on to prevent slipping. The owner said it would not be a problem but I asked him to come by beforehand to check. I didn't want any surprises with any added costs if it was too difficult to refinish. Even though he had assured me that it would be ok he was nice enough to come over and take a look at the tub ahead of time to make me happy. The man who did the actual refinishing did a wonderful job. There was no splattering of paint and clean up afterwards was great. The tub looks beautiful and we highly recommended this company.

It was an AWESOME experience!!! The tech recognized part of the way through the job that we did not need as much work done as we had contracted. Extremely diligent about the whole process
The service professional Charles showed up on time and made the magic happen. He was extremely diligent about the whole process taking his time to do things right like removing all the caulk in the tub and surrounding the bathtub. He was very pleasant to discuss the project  and the steps involved. I highly recommend Miracle Method of Fairfax as well as Charles services. After everything was completed he came the next weekend to polish the bathtub. Great results. I am very pleased.

Since I was extremely pleased with the previous results I called Miracle Method for a second job to resurface an old shower. I had no desire to remove the drywall and start the re-modeling from scratch so I used Miracle Method of Fairfax for the second time. Again Charles showed up and did a terrific job on the shower. He ensured that all caulk residue was removed and then continued to do a great job on the resurfacing of the shower. I am extremely pleased with the results.

It was well worth the money I paid for it! 
The experience with this company was outstanding. I met with the company owner, Brent Redfearn, on a Wednesday evening and the project was completed by Friday. Mr. Redfearn was extremely knowledgeable of his products, friendly, and quite helpful. Rather than try to sell me a total refinishing job or a new tub, he explained to me that except for the chip on the tub, it was in really good shape. I was glad to hear that and he gave me the estimate. Although I am always initially shocked at how much home repairs cost, including this one, I said okay with his estimate of $275. He also showed me some other products that his company offered that I am considering in the future. On Friday afternoon, Charles came to the house and did a beautiful job. It was well worth the money I paid for it!

What a difference!!

I plan to use them again in the future for another project
It went very well.  The actual person that came to my house--was on time.  Once he stepped foot in my house he was all about business.  No talking just working.  Sometimes people talk and not enough work is getting done.  He was neat and it was very little to no mess at all.  I have no problem in referring this company to anyone and I plan to use them in the future. 
Description of work:
They refurnished my master bath (the stand alone shower and deep tub).  The color and texture is wonderful.  They also did my guest bathroom--they re-surfaced the tub and walls.  It looks brand new.  Also, I bought a brand new glass door from them (Cardinal glass).  I plan to use them again in the future for another project.  I'm so happy with the finished product.

About the best contracting experience we've had
The experience was outstanding!  Our first contact was with the company owner, Brent Redfearn, who was knowledgeable, pleasant, and quite helpful.  He has a great deal of "know how" and was happy to advise us.  He was very patient as well in guiding us through the selection of the right texture and color for the look and style we wanted to achieve.  We were a little nervous because we realized this was a choice that we would live with for a long time to come!  He understood that. 
The professional who performed the work, Charles, was excellent.  He arrived on time or reasonably early each day, he was thorough in setting up the area, making sure it was entirely clean and protecting surfaces not being worked on, and keeping us informed of his progress and the various stages of the process itself.  He worked very hard and achieved amazing results.  In addition, he has a kind, intelligent, and thoughtful demeanor.  We never felt uncomfortable asking questions.   
All in all, the resurfacing project was about the best contracting experience we've had and we would highly recommend Miracle Method of Fairfax to anyone who would like to update the look of their bathroom or kitchen at a great price.  We feel like we have a whole new bathroom at about one quarter the price of a traditional upgrade!

Great fix for a nominal cost without having to tear everything up
Refinished countertops in a large country kitchen.  Prior week they refinished all the tile and tub in the bathroom. They were very thorough and professional.  The installer never quit working til he was finished for the day.  I had subway tile on 3 walls in bathroom that was old, dirty and the bathtub was also stained with a blue water tint from problems with the well.  It is so white now you need sunglasses to go in.  I love it.  The countertops in the kitchen were 30+ year old butcherblock laminate and the new overlay looks so modern and light, like corian.  Great fix for a nominal cost without having to tear everything up.  I would totally recommend this company and this process.

Tub literally looks factory new
The person they sent (Blake, I think his name was) out was extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the process.  He did an absolutely fantastic job and the tub literally looks factory new.  It apparently works best on the older tubs with steel core and porcelain finish (which we have).  The white pigment perfectly matched the new wall we put up (apparently, a more difficult process to match whites than I had originally anticipated - but it worked).  Went through the process for caring for the tub and warned us about what not to do.  Do NOT clean with bleach - it kills the pigment and eventually the old surface will show through.  Also do NOT use abrasive cleaners like Ajax or Comet.  It will scuff the finish over time.  Scrubbing Bubbles or Simple Green seems to work best.  Price was a little bit on the high side and there was some confusion on the price quote for the textured flooring for the tub  (final price was $610), but ultimately it looks great and we will use again if the opportunity presents itself.  Thanks very much!

We will definitely use them again
Brent (the owner) came by to quote the project and to explain the process. He was timely and was helpful in discussing our available options. The appointment to complete the work was arranged without issue. Blake arrived on the appointed day and time to do the repair and refinish the shower pan. After about 4.5 hours of work, were were left with what looked to be a brand new shower pan. Blake did a very nice job with the refinish work. In short, we will definitely select Brent, and his crew at Miracle Method in Manassas if we ever need work of this type accomplished in the future!

Can't tell where the chips were

Miracle Method refinished an old cast iron bathtub. The entire experience was great! Brent arrived to give us a price and explain the process. Restored my faith in home contractors
Refinished surround tiles in around tub, as well as tiles around and on floor. Also refinished bathtub and sink. Was a surprise for my wife, who was out of town and project was scheduled accordingly. Excellent work all around!
Brent came by to provide the estimate. He is a very personable individual. The price was acceptable and we scheduled the work for 4/23 & 4/24. Charles arrived on time on the 23rd and did an excellent job of prep and refinish. (He worked his butt off!) He returned the next day when expected and completed the work in about an hour. Fantastic and obviously very experienced
Brent came out and provided us with an estimate to refinish our hall bathtub last week as scheduled. We found Brent to be professional and friendly. We agreed to go ahead with the work on the spot and scheduled the work to be performed on the December 26th and 27th. It's a two day process. Blake came out to do the work. Blake was fantastic and obviously very experienced at his work. He brought in an exhaust fan, attached a collapsible duct to it and vented out a window. It worked like a charm! thanks Blake!
This provider was very responsive, timely and professional. The finished product looks beautiful. The work was just completed today so as far as the durability of the work, I am assuming that it will hold up well over time as most reviewers have reported.

Saved a boatload of money!
We originally were thinking about ripping out the whole shower and completely redoing all or most of the master bath, which could have easily cost $10-20k.  The shower pan surface and tile grout were discolored, which was our main concern.  We were pleasantly surprised to learn of Miracle Method and find we could have a new surface applied to the shower, which we did along with installing a premium shower enclosure.  The shower now looks brand new and is great.  The service and quality of work is outstanding!

Stained shower is gone!

Repeat customer

Referred Miracle Method to neighbors
Master bath shower surround sprayed with granite natural accents refinishing.  Also installed brushed nickel shower door. This was a great experience and we are currently planning to use Miracle Method of Fairfax to resurface the basement shower and the tub in the other upstairs bathroom.   We use the shower every day and it has not shown any signs of wear, it doesn't mildew and cleans easily with water.  And it looks like granite!  Very pleased.  We showed our neighbors their work and 2 of them used Miracle Method as well - and they are just as pleased as we are.

The service was great!
I hired Miracle Method of Fairfax to refinish a walk in shower, a tub with tile surround, floors and a sink as well. They also installed a new shower door in the walk-in shower. Five year guarantee
After a tenant’s very abrasive bathmat damaged the bottom of the bathtub, I hired Miracle Method to re-coat it. I researched them on the internet and hired them because of their good reputation and being a national chain. They were very thorough with the estimate and I scheduled the appointment for the work. They don’t normally come out to Culpepper, but they already had a job in the area so they fit me in. They provide a five year guarantee with their work. They were easily available through phone and emails as well.  Whenever I called them, they got back to me immediately. They were able to complete the work without having me there and let me pay with my credit card over the phone. Everything worked out just fine.

Inexpensive way to redo our bathrooms
They did refinishing of a bathtub and tile surround and a shower with a tile surround. It was a very inexpensive way to redo our bathrooms. I was not completely pleased on the uneven areas on the shower floor when the work was complete. They were very pleasant to work with. Overall, the work turned out fine.

We'd certainly use the company again
Treated the bottom half of our master shower. So, instead of redoing the tile and the time and expense of that, we got it resurfaced with their Miracle Method. We had been concerned about leaking within the grout, etc., before and anticipated a lengthy and costly re-do of the shower. The end result looks very nice and appears to have solved the potential leakage is resolved. Now that we've lived with it for a while, there are cons. You can't use just any old cleaner on the Miracle Method surface, so we have to be very vigilant about mold, as we don't have the same "nuclear" options to blast away the mold. Also, we can't wipe or bush too hard near seams, as that might cause a break. Miracle Method did come back and fill in some sections that didn't seem to set/needed more application to remain solid. We were informed about being careful with the cleaners, and they left information. They were helpful in coming in to do the re-application as a warranty measure. We'd certainly use the company again -- but the Miracle Method itself is something we'd want to be sure would work for that application. It's definitely worth checking out as an option.

I got more than my money's worth
The tub looks like brand new. They were supposed to fix one chip (per the estimate) but when the technician examined the tub he discovered two more chips..without asking repaired those also. Then when he was going out the door he mentioned that he redid the caulking around the tub as it was failing. I think I got more than my money's worth.

New finishes in bathroom helped sell house
Sprayed a new finish on bath tub, ceramic tile surround, ceramic tile floor, and vanity top. Went well. We got an estimate; agreed to the price, set up a date; they arrived on the date, on time, and started work.  They covered everything, blocked off fumes from exiting the bath as much as they could; installed an exhaust fan to exhaust fumes out one of the bedroom windows (no window in the bathroom).  New finish is exactly as selected and agreed to; bathroom looks like new.  Subsequently sold the house (we were planning on moving prior), and the appraiser only noted the bathroom as being in "good" shape, not renovated, which was a disappointment, since we had all new finishes and new faucets, etc.  The smell was also stronger than I would have liked, but to be expected for the type of work, which is essentially a thick paint coating.  But I would definitely reuse the company and the product again if I wanted a simple redo of the bath.

Astounding!
This work had been arranged 3 months in advance, so it could be done during my summer break.  Was called by Laurie 3 days  before the work date to make sure all was ok, work to begin on 8/26 at 8:30.  Owners son Blake arrived on time as scheduled and work began.  Quite the process to clean out old caulking, clean the walls, spray on a primer, the color selected and then put on a clear protective coat.  This took most of day one, and about an hour of day two.  Drying was required before the door could be installed, so on day 3, Aug 28th, Blake and a senior co worker arrived on time and installed the door.  The overall affect on the master bath is astounding for the good, has changed the bath completely to get rid of the old color.  Wall has a bit of texture to it, and color is uniform throughout the surround.  A very professional job and my thanks to Brent, Laurie and Blake.  Have had three neighbors in to look at it and they are all considering doing the changeover.  If I had more bathrooms that needed a changeover I'd bring them back to do it.
